Overview
Monetra is a sales, order, and profit tracker for small business owners and creators. This policy explains exactly what data the app collects, why, and how you can delete it — in plain language, matching what the app actually does.
Data we collect

Usage analytics never includes what you actually entered — not your business name, not a customer's name, not an order amount. Only that an action of a certain type happened. Monetra does not request access to contacts, location, camera (beyond the optional photo picker for a logo image you choose), microphone, or health data.
How we use it
- To show your dashboard, orders, insights, and receipts — calculated from data you enter, on your device and account only.
- To generate a branded PDF/shareable receipt when you choose to send one to a customer.
- To enforce the free plan's monthly order limit and unlock Premium once purchased.
- To understand which features are actually used, so development effort goes toward what matters — via Firebase Analytics event counts, not the content of what you entered.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build any profile of you beyond what's needed to run your own account.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), under an account-scoped path only your signed-in account can read or write. Security rules enforce this at the infrastructure level — no other Monetra user, including us, can query your data through the app. Data syncs automatically across your devices and is cached locally so the app keeps working offline.
Subscriptions & payments
Monetra Premium is a monthly auto-renewing subscription billed and managed entirely through your Apple ID (App Store). Payment, billing history, and cancellation are handled by Apple — you can manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Monetra only receives confirmation of your subscription status, never your payment information.
Your controls
- Edit anything — every product, order, expense, and profile field can be changed or removed from within the app at any time.
- Reset your password — from Settings → Forgot Password.
- Delete your account — Settings → Delete Account permanently and immediately erases your account and every record tied to it. This cannot be undone and there is no recovery period.
Children's privacy
Monetra is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of Monetra after a change means you accept the updated policy.
